Ellicottville Greens - Gabriel Bialkowski, Founder
& Manager
Ellicottville
Greens is an early-revenue indoor vertical (and mobile) farming
company based in Buffalo, NY that produces high-quality, organic,
chemical-free leafy green vegetables (currently lettuce, basil, and
microgreens) year-round in repurposed shipping containers. Because of
our cutting-edge farming technologies, we believe we provide the
freshest, healthiest, fastest and cheapest products in the region,
compared to our competitors. As WNY's only commercial mobile farm
with the ability to place our shipping containers "on-site" at our
customers' businesses, we also believe we have created one of the
most cost-efficient and sustainable food production platforms that
can service cities throughout New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio, to
start.
As
of the end of 2020, we had 4 containers, selling produce to over 200
retail, corporate and distributor customers. We will be expanding by
over 200% in 2021 in terms of production output.
Because
of current and future market dynamics, we believe EG presents an
exciting opportunity for several reasons, including the following:
Locally grown/higher quality/fresher product, highly cost efficient
business model that optimizes space, cutting edge technology create ease
of remote monitoring, year round safer yields, and growing demand for
fresh produce throughout the world. Visit us at www.ellicottvillegreens.com to learn

Machine
Document is a cloud based system that allows Field Service persons to
instantly access technical information (think manuals, schematics, 3D
print files as well as latest Technical/Service Bulletins) for most
efficient use of time when installing/moving/maintaining high value
complex machinery and equipment.
Time
is money, and in the machine tool and medical industry every minute
is very expensive. The intuitive system requires no special app, no
website maintenance and no paper manuals. OEMs can update manuals and
issue Bulletins in minutes, instantly available on all their
machinery in service worldwide. OEM direct to Field Service, up to
date information is instantly available worldwide.
