 Ellicottville Greens is an early-revenue indoor vertical (and mobile) farming company based in Buffalo, NY that produces high-quality, organic, chemical-free leafy green vegetables (currently lettuce, basil, and microgreens) year-round in repurposed shipping containers. Because of our cutting-edge farming technologies, we believe we provide the freshest, healthiest, fastest and cheapest products in the region, compared to our competitors. As WNY's only commercial mobile farm with the ability to place our shipping containers "on-site" at our customers' businesses, we also believe we have created one of the most cost-efficient and sustainable food production platforms that can service cities throughout New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio, to start.

As of the end of 2020, we had 4 containers, selling produce to over 200 retail, corporate and distributor customers. We will be expanding by over 200% in 2021 in terms of production output.
