 ZIZO Technologies is launching a workforce management and gamification platform designed to engage the modern workforce and reduce attrition. Attrition rates in the United States call center industry are nearly 50%. This problem is not exclusive to call centers.

Gamification has become ubiquitous in everyday life, from fitness apps to retail and especially in education. Gamification in enterprise is growing at a 27% CAGR and is slated to be a $31B industry by 2025. The main driver for this is Millennials and GenZ, who by 2025 will represent 75% of the workforce. Gamification in the workplace is inevitable.

ZIZO's unique and proprietary platform centralizes data from all systems and delivers relevant data efficiently to the right stakeholder through customized dashboards and then gamifies the KPI's that drive business objectives.
